The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie
I've made a lot of cookies in my life, some good, and some not so good. :) But the following recipe has never let me down. And guess what? It even has a secret ingredient. Do you want to know what it is? Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix. I know it might sound a little crazy, but you've gotta try it! They turn out perfect every time and they taste amazing!
Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3.4 oz package vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chocolate chips (m&ms are great too)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add puddling mix, eggs, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and then add it to the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Then eat those perfect little cookies! And then make plates for the neighbors because otherwise you'll eat them all yourself. Believe me, i know from experience.

DeleteI have a similar recipe for a cookie pizza that uses pudding mix, and it is wonderful! Last time I used white chocolate pudding in it because it's what I had on hand. Never tried it for regular cookies or putting m&ms in it, but I will now!! ;)
ReplyDeleteCookie pizza? That sounds divine.
DeleteThese were absolutely delicious, I tried them at my boyfriend's house because his mom had made them, and now I'm trying them out for myself. Superb recipe! :D
